Customer services are monitored 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Redundant Interlinks via multiple fibre-optic connections offers the highest possible resilience against Internet feed failure. In the unlikely event of a fault, an advanced paging system, which monitors all of the equipment, informs our support personnel of any problems or potential problems on the network connecting your services. This enables us to investigate and bring your services back to full operation with the absolute minimum of delay. Applications such as JMon, shown on the right, and Nagios enable us to take a proactive standpoint in the identification and notification of potential network problems.

To be kept informed of Scheduled Maintenance, Outages and other network information, you can subscribe to our mailing list. In order to maintain an effective managed list, your subscription lasts 3 months. After this period you should re-subscribe in order to continue to receive mails.
